O Projeto Moinho Escola tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de aulas, pesquisas, testes de moinhos interessados e a avaliação de variedades de trigo e milho do Brasil.

Além de receber alunos dos cursos de moagem do CETABA, o Moinho Escola também acolherá estudantes da UTFPR – Medianeira, dos cursos de Tecnologia de Alimentos e Engenharia de Alimentos, para a realização de aulas práticas e pesquisas. Também receberá alunos do curso de Engenharia Agrícola da UNIOESTE – Cascavel/PR.

Pretendemos, ainda, trazer estudantes do Paraguai e de Angola para participarem de aulas práticas conosco, uma vez que este projeto se tornará o mais inovador da América do Sul.

Em relação aos equipamentos, o CETABA já possui parcerias com indústrias nacionais e internacionais para a montagem das estruturas necessárias ao processamento de milho e trigo.

Quanto ao investimento para a construção do prédio do moinho e da instalação elétrica, estamos em busca de apoios que nos permitam concretizar o projeto no menor tempo possível. 

Quem realizar doação ao projeto terá o seu nome na placa que ficará no prédio do moinho escola.

The School Mill Project (Projeto Moinho Escola) aims to develop classes, research, tests of interested mills and the evaluation of wheat and corn varieties in Brazil.

In addition to receiving students from CETABA's milling courses, the School Mill will also welcome students from UTFPR – Medianeira, from the Food Technology and Food Engineering courses, to carry out practical classes and research. It will also receive students from the Agricultural Engineering course at UNIOESTE – Cascavel/PR.

We also intend to bring students from Paraguay and Angola to participate in practical classes with us, since this project will become the most innovative in South America.

Regarding equipment, CETABA already has partnerships with national and international industries for the assembly of the structures necessary for the processing of corn and wheat.

As for the investment for the construction of the mill building and the electrical installation, we are looking for support that will allow us to carry out the project in the shortest possible time.

Anyone who makes a donation to the project will have their name on the plaque that will be in the school mill building.
